The purpose of adding a 4th screen to the
3 Screen Setup
was to add full multi-user capablities.
Important
For the various ways you can configure the screen
upscaling and displayed text size independently for
optimal readability, see the
Operating System page.

Both User's 2 Center Screens
With 4 screens, 3 webcams, and 2 keyboard/mouse combos, there's
plenty of elbow room and screen space for 2 people to
collaborate.
The two central screens are a common "work area", where both
users store and interact with the windows they've placed there.
Left User's Side Screen
Each user also has their own "personal side screen", where
they can store documents, web pages, graphics programs, email,
editors, notes, and anything else they need quick access to.

|
Right User's Side Screen
It's a lot easier and less error-prone to copy a web page
address to the Windows clipboard, and then have the other user
paste it where they need it, than to read them the full
address.
The same goes for blocks of text and images.
It's a great office or home office workstation. As a bonus,
it's a lot more efficient working side-by-side than using chat
programs or email, or "phoning it in.".
